Richard has over 15 years’ experience in town planning gained from his time with the National Capital Authority and as Managing Director of Purdon Planning.

Over the last decade, Richard has been involved with delivery of some of the largest and technically challenging mixed use, multi-unit dwelling developments within the ACT including the Republic Belconnen, which boasts 1,300 apartments, a hotel, shopping and office space.
