SPACELAB was engaged as lead consultant to run a detailed project feasibility analysis, then masterplan and oversee design development of this site.
Our feasibility determined the most viable outcome to be multi-level terrace homes. Our masterplan envisaged a group of 14 terrace homes that was designed to have interface with another SPACELAB project of 8 terrace homes in Dooring Street.
